I don’t know my exact birth time.
It matters more than people expect. The Moon moves fast enough to change a gate roughly every ten hours and a line about every two, so an hour of error can move your profile, and a larger gap can move your authority. Your type is usually the last thing to shift.
Your long-form birth certificate is the place to look — the short certified copy often leaves the time off. Your state or county vital records office can issue the long form. Hospital records and a baby book are the next best sources.
If you truly can’t find it, generate with your best estimate and treat the profile and authority as provisional. Type, strategy, and the overall shape will still be useful.
